2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Please ensure your return request is submitted within this timeframe.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: All original tags, dust bags (for purses), and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

Certain items are considered "Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange. These may include: Clearance or sale items marked as "Sale." Intimate accessories (e.g., hosiery, certain jewelry for hygiene reasons). Gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Contact Us: at www.saucysweetboetiek.com within your 14 day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

  3. Packaging: Securely package your item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and dust bags.

  4. Shipping:

    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Options

Upon successful inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund.

 

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as a store credit for future purchases only. 

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • Return Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after it has been received at our facility.

  • Refund Appearance: Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be applied within 30 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (following the process above) and then placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get exactly what you want quickly and efficiently.

 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We meticulously inspect all items before shipment, but if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery at www.saucysweetboetiek.com.

 

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or incorrect item and sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.
